Just a short note to thank you for your support in importing, setting up and advice on the Has Garanti 2kg roaster.

The Has Garanti is a great little roaster, and once I learnt the finer points of burner control, I was able to roast with confidence and consistency. It took me less than a week to get the hang of it. Your roasting tips were very handy!

I am impressed with the build quality of the HG…and the electrics are top quality also.

Because the HG is a simple (and manual) roaster, I am able to adjust the profile to suit…thanks for putting me on to some of your other roasters, who were happy to exchange notes.

Thanks also for your support and advice on the gasfitting and flue aspects…your gasfitter did a very high quality job on the fit, and gave me some very helpful advice on the gas installation.

Just a short note to thank you for all the help and assistance you gave during the install of the new roaster.

I am a great believer in giving praise when praise is due, so I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate both you, and Garanti in Turkey on the excellent quality of the 30kg drum roaster I purchased.

I have been using the roaster since the beginning of June and since then it has been used to roast on average 240kg a day. I have found the roaster to be extremely efficient and quiet, and the roast quality of the coffee produced has been great, particularly the evenness of the roast.

With this in mind, I would be only too happy to recommend you and your products to any prospective clients either now or in the future.

Good Morning Les

Just a short note to say thanks again for the great job that you did on getting me the new roaster. The "Has Garanti" is roasting beautiful coffee. It's quick and it's so easy to use. The efficiency gains for me with the new roaster are huge and I'm now able to prospect for more clients as I have lots of extra time everyday due to the increased speed of the new roaster. The coffee has great colour, texture and taste - an unbeatable combination!.

I also wanted to say thanks for your assistance in setting up the unit also. I'm not technically qualified and you made it easy for me to set it up. A real bonus!.

I'm thrilled with the results it's producing - the Has Garanti roaster has made a huge improvement to my bottom line and I'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks again for your help.
