• Labratory Colour anlysers utilise unique turntable action, sophisticated software, and patented ColorTrack Laser Technology to process 10,000 readings per second.
• Measure the approximate size distribution of coffe grinds. A perfect example of need driven technology in coffee laboratories.

• Cupping is essentially sensory-testing. Filtered, boiling water & ground coffee are combined, brewed then smelled, slurped and spat out for evaluation. It’s coffe quality control in it’s purest form.
