Purchased a machine from Mark about 4 months ago, had a minor issue which I couldnt figure out and Wayne & mark attended to it promptly and had me back making coffee in no time. Excellent guys to talk too, know their stuff really well and worth going to have a look at if your looking for new gear or needing some help.

I am 4 months into owning the HG 5Kg and I must say that it is a joy to use. I am able to control the profiles that I want very easily and I happy with what is in the cup at the end of the day. The roaster is more than capable of roasting consistently, batch after batch and I have no trouble roasting to full capacity. Being able to control air/heat and drum speed gives me great control over the roast.

The work carried out by Mark on both the gas train and the electrics looks first rate and gives great confidence in the product.

The after sales service provided by both Mark from Coffee Roasters Australia and his Melbourne agent Chris from Talk Coffee has been second to none with any questions answered promptly and I am yet to have a question they could not help with. I look forward to many more great roasts from my Has Garanti.

Just a short note to thank you for your support in importing, setting up and advice on the Has Garanti 2kg roaster. The Has Garanti is a great little roaster, and once I learnt the finer points of burner control, I was able to roast with confidence and consistency. It took me less than a week to get the hang of it. Your roasting tips were very handy! I am impressed with the build quality of the HG…and the electrics are top quality also. Because the HG is a simple (and manual) roaster, I am able to adjust the profile to suit…thanks for putting me on to some of your other roasters, who were happy to exchange notes.
